Revolutionise India through use of Renewable Energy

The role of new and renewable energy has been increasing significantly in recent times with the growing concern for the country's energy security. To achieve energy ...
Govt shall ban all in efficiency electrical products,Star rating shall made compulsory.FILAMENT bulbs shall be banned.Appartments&Gated communities shall meet 20% of their consumption from Non-conventional Energy Sources
Government should make it compulsory for Every Housing Society to Install Solar Water Heating Plants. This will reduce Electricity usage in all houses ensuring savings to end consumers and also usage of Solar Energy will increase.
If societies do not comply they have to pay penalty and vendors for Solar Heating Plant system should get loans / subsidiaries to take money from society in either installments.
I can design the whole system for the government and manage the implementation
Subsidies should be given to people of india by goverment on solar power systems & goverment should advertise the boone and banes of renewable energy v/s non renewable energy
HOME SOLAR ELECTRICITY: People can do rooftop solar power systems to help the environment and to help reduce the burden on the government. For that to be cost effective, the Electricity boards have to allow use of REVERSIBLE METERS, that allow people to sell the excess production in daytime back to the Electricity supply agency, hence lowering their electric bill without using batteries.
In California, I can do that, to the point of Zero annual electric bill, but not make money on it.
Government should tie up a scheme which provide very less cost to buy SOLAR PANEL, LED BULBS, WIND MILLS & MANY MORE things which give us free energy and not the bad effect to the environment.
Government can tie up with reputed firms who specialize in domestic renewable energy usage and offer e-homes conversion, fitting solar panels on roof-tops at subsidized rates. There should be incentive to apartments who adopt renewable energy viz., installation of solar panels, solar lamps, LED bulbs and tubelights in common areas with discounts on property tax, electricity bill rebates etc.
Should appoint volunteers who can evangelize the benefits in each areas.
Let's give commission on electricity bill of user who has setup rooftop solar.
The meaning is a person who has participated in renewable energy generation by installing rooftop solar/wind energy generation on his/her premises (land/house/any owned building) would be benefited.
Power from a flowing river or stream can be generated through a Pelton wheel or Francis or Kaplan turbine which drives the electrical generator. Run of river projects are less costly than dams but availability of water depends on rainfall. Collect data on flow velocity, width and depth of flow of all rivers, streams in our country. Install the appropriate turbine depending on the flow velocity at all the selected beneficial locations in the rivers / streams
Very economical way to generate without building any infrastructure would be to install solar panel on the exposed roof 0f railway bogies.
Major problem with solar panel is to keep them clean fro better efficiency but as the rail network is always running wind passing over the roof.
The circuit could be integrated to charge the battery unit installed under the carriages.
Indian Railways and Indian army are the 2biggest organizations of India.. With maximum land and manpower. While railways is taking significant steps the Army is way behind in terms of usage of renewable energy and in terms of wastage and eco conservation. I am an army officer and i feel more needs to be done
