An Entrepreneur's biggest challenge today in Bihar is that it's difficult to get a firm registered. I am running pillar to post for trade license in Muzaffarpur, only because there is no clear procedure for registration of Sole Proprietorship Firm in India. PM must intervene if he wants India to become a successful startup nation.

Government procedures are the biggest hurdle in starting an enterprise. There should be a clear option of registering a sole proprietorship firm so that entrepreneurs don't need to run pillar to post. In Bihar's Muzaffarpur I am not getting a trade license for my firm despite submission of all documents. Forming LLP or company is expensive but seems to be easier. Government should provide for clear procedure for Sole Proprietorship firm registration with Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

To start sme there is many difficulties.
1. Major problem capital.
Youngsters have many ideas, but have capital problem to start sme.
Pm Shri N modi should start a village level plan, about sme as well as in israil country keep continue a shoulder from each family. If we start sme village level there people have sufficient time to do some different. Means if village will improve then PM can reach easily to AAM ADMI.

Namaste india, As we all know all the village people are coming for job to cities, why because they all want job.
How we can create the jobs in village, is there any chances, yes there are so many are there just we have to see how we can make them realise that, they having a opportunity where they are staying. As my knowledge some are as below

Milk diary, chicken forms, fish forms. solar energy equipment selling.

For this they want someone to explain them help them.

I know already programs are there but, why these programs are not helping them because to get any licences they have to struggle lot as you all know to get the license they have pay bribe to the the govt officers.

why we can make all this in on-line or like aadhar card issuing system.

just think abt it.

thank you all.

I am running my business www.nishantbioenergy.com since 1999 and developed my innovative clean cook stoves and fuel pellet technology. my projects won national and international awards. My technologies creates rural jobs and clean fuel as well as earn carbon credits. Till date I never applied bank loan but when I applied for Mudra loan it was rejected by IDBI bank and no reason was given. How we can create jobs when people like me working so hard are not getting small loans. ? I see Mudra is heading as normal bank applications. It is for your information and necessary action. jai hind.

Govt. should understand that businessmen, traders , manufacturers are creating jobs not all other people, so they should be eased to do their business properly without problems, but very disappointing that here small businessman , SME , MSME has to do so many paper works for business that he can not concentrate on business, if simply all service tax , and excise income is collected from Crude oil , as normal increase on petroleum products lead to closing of excise , service tax
