These are one of the most important sectors which needed grooming from govt. in terms of skill development,financial security and training so that we can get them to reach big corporates and organisation which will in turn help to create more and more jobs.we should starting star rating system from govt. itself to build a environment of competition nationaly.Sugestion could be given to these sectors to help them devlop new sectors and braches based on their location.

First work to grow up Job in India is goverment should open official online web portal for job with different category with different qualification then every students and persons can see the goverment jobs online and apply them at their qualification level. And After notification of job exam should conduct between 2 months and result after 2 months and call letter after 2 months so that in 6 months the student and person could join job. Fast process is needed in the job creation.

the maximum no of jobs is created in India by growing bio diesel plants in the vacant fields like road sides, railways lines etc. and plants the miles for extracting the oil. this provide jobs for farmers and thus our dependence on arabian countries for petrolium products is reduced and thus we can save more than 5 lakh crore rupees per year

In most CG recruitment, no chance given to 27+ age Candidates. I think 2 years relaxation should be given to who possess higher degrees like PG or CA, CS, CWA. Many got late due to some private employment & of late, they pursue the

unrealisable dream of becoming part of GOI. There are almost nil opportunities to join GOI at lateral stage as promotion policy prevails over fresh recruitments. Many talented youth who could be the strong pillars of GOI remain

unutilised.
