I think MSME should expose widely in all districts of all states. Specially in robotics divison which is future of india.

For this government should give incentives to companies who open schools and give initial classroom training to the future manpower for the sector. Recently I have Joined Gold Gym I was very happy to see that they are giving classroom training to the internees who will become personal trainers where as they are charging some amount from the participants. if government give some incentives to corporate there will be a school in every factory or office .

Basic problem in people is no patience. Percentage of people knowing (economics) Indian budget and spending, is very less, Many People are thinking govt as Kamadhenu, that gives any thing you ask. People need to be taught practically what is democracy. Sir we need to create small companies by collecting money from farmers and villagers, which gives job to the same farmers and villagers. this can be tried in the program of creating model village. Sir for me 500 letters are less , I write again.

Problem with this kind of workforce is that they will not follow the proper quality standard while doing production becoz he is not trained to do so , he will follow the jugad technology. so there is urgent need to produce classroom trained technicians who can understand the physics behind the machine which is producing the finished goods

There is lot of shortage of skilled Manpower in all the SME & MSME sectors Like we need thousands of Electricians, Plumbers , Drivers, Machine operator, Lift operators& maintenance, Dry cleaners, Tailors etc. If you visit any factory and you find a machine operator you will find he doesn't have any classroom training ,he has got this job because he has worked in some other company as assistant to machine operator so he got this job.

We should realise that ony industry or manufacturing sectorwill not fulfill the purpose. How does people in country like North Korea or Vietnam survive. The point is government should first ensure food for everybody. This can be done by emphasis on agriculture sector. Government should encourage big big industry to come to agrculture sector. With their money wonders can be created. The truth is more money can be made from agriculture sector that industry
