Highest Number of Jobs can be created in Human assisted Power Plant when we have worlds highesr number of Population.
I am am electrical engineer and I have one of the greatest idea/concept which can be used for creating jobs on which I have been thinking for many Years..We dont need any kind of fuel for generating electrical power. We have one of the highest population in world and we can employ them in Human assisted power plants. We can create highly sophisticated gear and mechanical machines which will be attached to generator and which can be rotated easily by any human.Human can work 8 hours/6 hours in shift and they can rotate generators in there shifts . Human strength fuel can be used for many years without any pollution and many peoples can be employed in Power plants. .More research is required on this but this is possible.

Indian minds are intelligent not traitors. its not that we don't have career opportunities but, i might be harsh to someone by saying this, its because of RESERVATIONS. according to reservation system 51% of seats are reserved for general in professional colleges, that too is not purely for them. due to which talented minds look to other countries. reservation system should be redefined in a different way and a discussions should be set on this topic. the people do so not by choice but by force.

Respected Sir
Your single like of communication will provide lakhs of daily wages/casual workers working in govt. sector/offices of central and state immediately under social welfare scheme of ESIC/PF which is their basic legal right. please take a note of that no one fights for them because they have no money to offer any trade union/leader

SME & MSME have the potential to play an important role in job creation but the attitude of biased and corruption should be eliminated. The people who evaluate SMES and MSMEs should be accountable directly for generating jobs.

The development process comprises of numerous activities. First is fulfilment of basic requirements of all citizens. There after health and education. Physical fitness is most important.Hence physical education must get high priority and we must have a physical education teacher at least one for a school having 200 children to start with. Physical education is quite different from sports and games teachers which some schools have at present. We need to train and employ over 15 lakh PETs.
