Digitizing all the requests and approvals at these sectors will help speed up the process of setting up an industry. This way we can also avoid corruption also. Also certain rules can be enacted to provide certain basic necessities to the employees of the industries.

Approvals from State/ Central Governments should be given within 72 hours. In most of the cases, electricity, water and land should be assured for the small scale and medium scale industries quickly within a month or even much earlier. Production will be started soon and the industries will cross break even quickly. Employment will be improved in shortest period. GDP for the country will also improve quickly.

I read a disturbing news that people in Delhi are not scared of the police anymore. The data that I read shows that of the total cops in Delhi only 30% are for the safety and security of the common man. Balance are deployed for VIP security. Shouldn't this change, and change soon?

This is my own suggestion/idea about the beggars, who is really fit for some job..why cant our government can use them to make infertile land to fertile..it can be any where from inhabited islands with some proper officials or it can be a normal village where some real work force is required...if they succeed let the government can allow them to do continue farming, cattle and fishing...etc

OVERSEAS BLACK MONEY:: Continuing on my last suggestion,on this issue, there is another solution. Maintain the confidentiality of foreign bank account holders; give them opportunity for voluntary disclosure within a certain time-frame. Those who declare, should prove that the money is legal. If not, assess taxes, interest and penalty, but spare them from prosecution. This way a good percentage of culprits will come forward and accept the deal to save them from public embarrassment.

If in each state around 5000 acres of Agricultural Land owned by Government can be used for plantation of Vegetables etc., whole lot of Beggars and underprivileged can be employed in these areas. Revenue can be shared like Lijjat Pappad company concept. This will not only employ all Beggars across the country giving them employment opportunity but also eliminate Beggars completely. Every place is filled with Beggars all over the country. Giving them jobs is most important and this is good idea.
