Primary education should be compulsory & free atleast till 10th Standard. Lot of private schools are extracting inorbitant charges in the name of fees from the parents. Plus they also loot by charging very high term fees twice a year. This is just not a pattern in one odd school. But most of pvt schools operating in Vashi, Navi Mumbai have the same modus operandi. The Govt on the other hand serves these schools with cheap land, tax benefits etc. This needs to stop, so every child is benefitted.
