i want to tell you that there is no any check and balance system for the pay scale of private school teachers. they even serve in few 100 and thousands.
i am not capable to file a pil against the right to exploitation, but kindly focus towards this way, otherwise the profession of teacher is also became a business rather than a moral profession.

An anonymous forum should be provided to the children and parents to log their feedback on school infrastructure, quality of education, ethical behaviour of school's administrative and teaching staff. An independent authority should monitor this forum and probe the genuine issues.

All the elementary school teachers must be registered with Central Authority and must undergo at least 10 days of mandatory training each year on latest teaching techniques, updates of academic knowledge, child psychology, teaching ethics. They should also be tested on these for a minimum qualifying criteria every 5 years.

A Central Elementary Education Regulatory Authority needs to be constituted which will provide clear guidance on, monitor and enforce adequacy and quality of school infrastructure, student teacher ratio, teachers availability, school's approachability, hygiene and ethics at school, irrespective of whether the school is govt aided or not.

I agree with you sir, home should have healthy atmosphere for their children. But this is not practical in some homes. But in school it is possible.

@abhishek Jaiswal
School should be on Saturdays. We should make learning fun so that students do not get exhausted.
