Farmers Producer Organisation is a good initiative taken by Govt Of India so all Farmer Producer Organisations(FPO) must be given a fund for providing need based training to farmers on different modern techniques of cultivation and machines. District Magistrate must be involved directly in this process and fund must come from SFAC directly for this purpose only to FPO bank account.

AICTE review is necessary as per the modern period.The development and skill oriented courses and degrees should be introduced which can be useful for students to get the job or self employed. Practicle work is very important, hence,before,giving the degree, compusory training in any factory or institute should be done for atleast 6 months to 1 year, this practicle work should be actual and not only for getting degree purpose, so, it should be properly controlled.there are so many scope of edu.

After land acquisition farmers should be counselled or guided by Gov. agency-how to keep/save/invest money to prevent fraudulent people from exploiting money from farmers.

plz make an idea to give govt employment for atleast one member from one family or give them loan and all support to make a business or service industry.
some people have ideas but they dont try to workon it
some people work but they will not have ideas
some peole have skills like technical, administrative, marketing
so i think combine all these under one roof will achieve the goal

Just like fake degrees their is another swindlers racket which growing very rapidly in the country and 1000 have been duped till now. THIS RACKET IS FRAUDULENT COMPANIES who are offering BPO's to the upstarts by charging anything between Rs.1100/- to 5,00,000/-. Since their is no regulator involved hence to check mechanism is available to the upstart businessman trying to set up BPO's. Further in absence of any guidlines and norms it becomes difficult for the hapless investors 2 proove.
