As India aim to become a developed country,S&T should get Moe emphasis.This is because the status of any developed country is measured in terms of the huge spending on R&D.increased spending should generate more technologies. The cooperation of industries to bring R&D to market is as they have the required market info and network.

Skill development is okay, what about 'will development? Most of the countries/organisations are facing challenges due to lack of will in its people force! Their is urgent need to work on implementation of education, teachers urgently need trainings to let them understand true purpose of education, let them provide proper emphasis on values, let's have reorientation of our teachers, to let them know they are working on tomorrow's aspiring Indians!

This will help them to meet the milk requirement of their homes, add to healthy diet for them and their children.
