The farmer who loses his 40% and above land should be given with family security 1 free health care in all government hospitals for farmer 2 reservation should be given in education institute for his children 3 Private hospital or schools who purchase land from farmer or poor in ruler area should provide affordable seats in educational institute and health care in private hospitals. 4 if fertile land is acquired then same amount of land should be made fertile used for farming.
