For employment generation and growth of nation, analyse the demand of items,cost & feasibility factor, etc.,employment with modernization should be considered, speed,accuracy, quality and revenue oriented manufacturing unit should be started,priority should be given to export oriented unit. PPP model is the best for encouraging the employment and development.Relaxation in govt. policy for comfortable and quick development.electricity,road,water,other infra. should be provided by govt autho.

Hello sir, I have a concern with the salaries of government employees. I feel there should be a maximum cut off for the salary also along with the minimum wage. Because, I know a government school teacher who withdraws 80 thousands as his salary. He teaches hindi in school for 9th and 10th standards. I do not think, that is the salary to be given for a school teacher who works in a small village. As a common man, I do not know much about the rules and laws. Please consider this point.

False propaganda should be countered by calm reactions with back up. Like there is no intolerance in the country , it is only seen on TV. Award Wapsi campaign was shocking. All government action should be proactive rather than reactive Like decision to import pulses should have been taken much before the crisis. Some middle class/people friendly action should be taken:, reduction in service, income tax rate. Pan card should be asked only for purchases above Rs 0.4 M Agricultural Income above a point should be taxed. Social security for agriculture should be launched Professionals should be brought under IT. Legal services for the poor at nominal rates

Effective patient communication and dialogue at the grass root level is the keyword. Communicate frequently regularly in common man parlance. Like PMO needs to take out white paper on the benefits India is getting out of PM international travels.(VV imp). All deptt should take out a white paper on their achievements, progress and future plans. Most of the people in India are uneducated and look for short term monetary benefits- So there should be balance between populous and economic policies

Dear PM Sir, Freedom of speech and expression exists in our country and I would like to say That India does not deserve a hardworking clean , wise and a go getter PM like you. The people are easily swayed by the lies spread by anti Modi group not realizing that by doing so they are crushing their dreams. 7th pat commission may give central give employees benefit but what about private sector MBA's Engineers are still doing job at 5000 pm their should be a guideline for skilled workers in private sector also maximum they give 12k-15k to a very imp employee who is doing same work as their boss hard to get good jobs owners are getting benefit of unemployment minimum 18000 is good enough i.e why even PHD people are applying for peon post in central gov. vacancy Do something Modi ji for middle class
