Its good if government can use the Geographic Information System while presenting budget (in the Parliament)especially while specifying railway routes, places/constituencies. This would realize how the budget has covered our country as well as the specific sectors. This may take some time but always a GIS presentation is always have more impact on people than simple reading, especially when it is covering vast geographical area like India. This would also awaken agencies like KSRSAC of Karnataka

A PANIC button should be installed in each and every train coach and each cabin for passenger security. Pushing that button will immediately inform about any misshaping like loot, rape or any illegal activity going on board, to loco driver, security forces on board, and upcoming railway station railway police force. #SaferailwayJourney

The budget has been widely welcomed. Taxation however needs to be progressive. Now the rich save 30% on an invst of Rs 1.50 lakhs i.e Rs 45,000+SC+cess while the middle save Rs 30,000+SC+cess and the lower class saves Rs 15,000+SC+cess. If this were to be converted into a rebate all would save an identical sum resulting in progressive taxation. The increase in indirect taxes which affects all could have been avoided by this simple mechanism of making the affordable pay more.

OUR POSTAL DEPT WEBSITE DONT HAVE ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY FOR THEIR INSURANCE POLICIES.FOR PAYMENT OF OUR POLICIES WE HAVE TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE OR SHOULD WAIT FOR THE AGENTS. I AM A GOVT EMPLOYEE,THEIR IS NO OPTION TO CUT PLI INSURANCE FROM OUR SALARY . LIC HAS THIS OPTION AND HAVE ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY .IF POSTAL DEPT WANT TO IMPROVE THEY SHOULD START ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY TO THE PEOPLE.

Mygov Experience has been great from day one. It is getting better. Many well educated well meaning people are still not aware of this initiative. It is a very good form of participative/inclusive governance and so the message should reach people across social strata about this initiative. Have PR articles in press about various initiatives taken through this site, ideas recommended by citizens and the one's implemented by the government. This will encourage many more to participate.

Mygov Site - There should be a week wise calendar in the site which shows date wise deadlines for tasks/discussions/creative corner if any so that one need to go through each task to find out the timeline.

During the budget session in parliament our honourable finance minister mentioned that all transactions of Rs.1lakh and above would require pan number of buyers to be mentioned.But our business community is very shrewd! They are willing to go to any extent to save themselves as well as the buyers from paying tax on the purchase. They are willing to sell without bills/receipts,splitting the bills to lower denominations so as not to show sale of 1lakh value and many more ways.What checks for this?
