#Water

Mygov Site - Suggestions about point system/Points given to contributors - Can we look at System features - not allow a person to like his/her own comment. Points to be given to a person whose comment is liked rather than for someone liking anyone's comment.

Suggestions for Mygov site 1. For one to know whether a poll is open or not one should click on the poll tab. Can't it be shown on the homepage (Poll tab) itself whether it is active or not so that one can click accordingly. 2. Notifications tab continues to show the No. of notifications in spite of checking the notifications. Team which has worked on this site revamp exercise - Great job. Very professional and easy to use. Keep it up.

Mygov site has improved its interface tremendously and made it easier for the users. Fewe more Suggestions are as follows 1. Home tab can come on the top of the page as well 2. The home page has big sized snapshots of the discussions (dynamic ones). Size can be reduced so that one need not scroll down to see other vital info 3. When one sees various groups, there is no sign of whether the tasks within the group are active/open/closed unless one selects the group and goes to that page

The Bus tkts, train tkts Vegetable purchase, Auto and taxi Payments etc.where in they also have a debit card reader.Along with the big ticket purchases, all the day to day transactions should also be done thro this system. If we start it now we may be able to take a Forward step. I am sure it will be well accepted by all. Raman Parameswaran, Mumbai

All kinds of pension monies are usually exempt from tax. They are declared in the returns under the head 'salaries'. But a Resident Individual Senior Citizen who receives pension of social security money from abroad is required to declare this under 'other sources' which is not exempt from tax. When more people who worked abroad and come back to India to spend their old age here would feel the discrimination shown to them.
