The Government needs to step in to rein in the builders who are deceiving small and needy people. They collect the money and delay the construction by 5-7 years with no recourse to the allottee. The agreements are one sided and the allottee don't have the time and money to get into legal hassles. Considering the PM's intent for house for everyone in 7 years, the builders need to be regulated immediately. I understand, successive governments have tried to bring a regulator for this but no success

I really don't know what is going on in this "Regulation of Direct Selling Activities in the country" topic. It is flooded by the advertisement kind of posts by Amway business doers. From my understanding they are highly pricing their products and their internal operating ways are unknown. Customers are relatively paying very high for these products.

Further a movement can be created by citizens of the city and have traffic discipline in the city by having CTP. The registration no along with name of every CTP can be with the city traffic police. People do not follow traffic rules as chances of getting caught are less and CTP is a viable solution. Cost of camera will be recovered in no time. One rally of volunteers can be organised first time and the rest will follow. We need to augment the traffic police to keep our roads safe. Jai Hind

Where as we can see more number of posts in that content to be an advertisement for some specific products.The topic which asks for the regulations on the direct selling has been turned out to be an advertisement place for direct selling. #MyGov, I would like to suggest Government of India to introduce the mandatory service by fresh IIT & IIM's fresh graduates to serve Indian Govt. bodies or companies for atleast minimum 2 years so that Indian people get their services from them first then outsiders as They are getting all education from tax paid money of Indians.Just like we have compulsory services of doctors for first 2 years in Rural villages. If we do this,we will get good qualified manpower which will help India to grow.
