To Manage traffic in big cities we should have CITIZEN TRAFFIC POLICE (CTP). A camera with a recording device on a car will make the owner of car a CTP. Any recorded traffic violation to be forwarded to a centre and action to be taken by traffic police. Govt can install these devices on vehicles of volunteers. An incentive can be given to the individual from the fine collected. If the device can be linked to GPS then all details will come automatically. A sticker of CTP on car will be detrrent
