People from New York wanted one Engineering College run by Anna University. I was deputed to meet the then Union State Minister Smt Puranthareswari. I discussed with her the proposal. The Vice Chancellor, UGC Chairman and the Minister discussed the issue I was also invited. It is a wonderful proposal for showcasing Indian talent. Later the then Vice Chancellor Mr Radhakrishnan was booked for corruption. On my retirement I do not know the fate of that proposal. It is wonderful proposal.

#HRD Many engineering graduates from IITs and NIT and doctors from govern medical colleges do not join government service and serve the country. It is a fact that the fees paid by students are only a fraction of the amount spent by the government. Government should give an opportunity to them to serve for the country for a certain period by executing a BOND or collect actual fees from the students.

sir, in summer water saving r most important part.but people ignoring i think we decide other way can every corporation hav quaterly give of water bill and every 3 month servay and counting. the payment of waterbill by people they use waterwater in 3 months. if 3 months water not supply or 3 day not water supply the corporation cant charge for that.it means we creat trassparancy in waterbill and we hav 3 months pending bill not a year.

We can raise Rs.10lac crores PA @ 4% for next 5 years, based on CDS1974 scheme. we need not approach world Bank/FIIs/FDIs for financing all our infra projects, be in Power, Railway fright corridor,Expanding and building new National Highways, Ports Airports, Transport panes, Irrigation across India.In this scheme every able Indian will contribute to this nation building fund compulsorily, which will be stated with defined yardsticks for each Individual/legal entity, without any financial loss.

Sir, Agricultural Development is now to be very much targeted along with the Industrial & Infrastructure development. If not taken care, very soon , we will find ourselves importing the basic food grains & other food items from foreign areas. If we are inviting Multinational Companies in India, we should benefit it by mutual ways i.e. We can supply our products & Services in return to these countries. They shall be definitely given opportunity but with terms & conditions of mutual benefit

#HIGHEREDUCATION #HRD I would like to draw your attention upon the shrinking trend in fresh Graduates opting for Jobs rather than any Master's degree or Research Fellowship.The prime reason being meager stipend of 12.4K and I therefore request you to kindly increase it atleast upto 25K so that it comes at par with other jobs.Globally India lacks in this Higher Education Field over a long time and hence need a proper swift initiatives.
