My suggestion is for all the private owners of hoardings across India, all Municipal Corporations should tie up with Private operators for as an when there is no ad and hoarding is vacant, Municipal Corporation should put ad of Public Interest and National Interest without any cost given to private operator.

my views are with redpect to the private hospitals in India.Once we are sick ,more than the sickness it's the bill which leads to trauma . private hospitals are there for looting money from the patients and the most inhuman act is not to release the body until full payment is done and before collecting money to release the body the bill amount would have increased by a few more lakhs. This happened with one of our colleague friend at Sterling hospital Baroda yesterday.please look into the matter
