Women safety /security - There are various reason for said problem. However to protect girls first the Police will have to become public friendly. People must feel safe to approach police. I also agree that an app can be developed by govt which get immediate help to the girl as we can get taxi with one touch. The taxi nearest to the person reaches. If any police / NGO closest to girl reaches for help, it can create a safer environment.
