On Traffic redlights there should be shelters from 10/20/30/50 meters depending upon the traffic volume and redlight duration at each side.By doing this we can encourage car drivers to off their a/c because sunlight will not attack directly same goes with two wheelers and for two wheelers specialy it will be soothing experince as in summers it is really very pathetic for them to wait on redlights wearing helmets under sun and speacially when they are along with their family and kids.

In many movies and TV serials, the actors are shown riding two-wheelers without wearing helmet or driving four wheelers without wearing seat belts.I request I&B ministry to pass appropriate orders to make it compulsory that actors must wear helmet / seat-belts for scenes that are to be shot henceforth. For the movies / TV serials that are already shot, a warning sign may be shown such as 'Driving without helmet / seat-belt is dangerous'.

The subsidy/grants/incentives are being provided by Central govt/state govt to encourage individuals to be an employer than an employee and thus help in development of an area. If the income tax deptt starts considering this grant/subsidy to set up an industry as income and start taxing these people, who do you think will take the pains of setting up an industry?
