Sir in my view education at every level should be based on both practical n theoritical workout. Coz people held higher degree but not any skill. Big fault in education system.we can take idea from Singapore where degree were given on workplace n no classroom study only.

I am advocating the 'alternate career' concept at 2 levels - one for Government workforce for distributing the work load using inter-departmental job postings, second for the private industry where employees could earn from international platforms like Elance, oDesk and Guru. The model would help to execute the tasks on right job for right person basis instead of spending huge amount on training the workforce and tryng to convert a donkey into a horse to run the cart.

Indian Education System and Education Policies does not do any GOOD to Individuals or Indians or India. It needs to be changed in a time bound manner as the top most priority.
