Please identify the BOGUS SCHEDULED TRIBES, who are serving in various deptts/ministries/autonomous bodies. Thousands of original STs are depriving of their rights. Bogus STs have been recruited and the Caste Certificates are not being verified through the Caste Scrutiny Committee in violation of the Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Madhuri Patil Vs. Addl Commr. [1995 AIR 94]. Hence, I request to issue necessary directions and to PROTECT THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF GENUINE STs., please.

Sir, Govt. Staff paid from consolidated fund of India, should be 1) Responsive, Responsible, and Accountable to the allotted job as per norms their post is created by the SIU. Senior Officers should be more responsible and accountable to their work. 2) Redress of Public Grievance should be fast tracked with proper time limit and general public should not be harassed in addressing their grievance based on Govt. Orders. Term "Case Under Process" should be deleted from the Official Term.
Hopefully mygov would introduce automatic hyperlinking as in Facebook, in the meantime links would have to be copied and pasted in browser
There is a serious problem in nomenclature of universities. private universities must not be named national. When a chairman of one (Jodhpur) is arrested it shames the nation. Suggestion for how universities may be named is at this link online: http://child-school.blogspot.in/2011/04/nomenclature-of-educational-institutes.html
Whatever our achievements of the past. Let us make next year - starting Jan 26th, year of India-USA friendship. Each individual and each organisation try to establish new bonds of friendship between to democracies. Know each other. Let us transform Obama-Modi friendship into India-USA friendship.

Let us highlight REAL case-studies of transformation of villages of India. Even if few. Let us know our reality. Then resolve to do better next year. India lives in villages. Let each IIM and IIT and each educational institute adopt a village. Let each organisation - as its social responsibility adopt a village: educate, beautify, add value to its produce, and link up with nearest city. Let there be cooperative effort between near-by villages for self-help for development.
