As Bapu wanted our nation to be first in non-voilence and that feature could only be achieved when people start to remove the descriminating mindsets and narrow minded thinking.According to me the best way to eradicate all this is to give a lot of emphasis on education and literacy of our countrymen. A continued effort would result in better India which our nation's father wanted to see.A telecast of bapu's speeches in which he addresses the country to walk on the right path would be good enough

Good initiative to like swachhta abhiyan had started on 2nd Oct, now to move further by rain water harvesting in cities, (if help small people by providing subsidy for harvesting investment.) it helps to avoids water crisis.

On the occasion of Mahatma Gandhi's birthday we can appeal people of India to donate at least 1rupee minimum and maximum as much as they can in there nearest temples/churches/Masjids/gurdwaras's and than that money at the end of the day can be collected by the government and can be used for the betterment of the poor people. I feel that will make a big change.

I think the best way to celebrate mahatma Gandhi's birthday is to establish equality among all indians at every level, as we can fight a outsider easily but its different to fight with the danger from insider. Its not that we follow mahatma Gandhi only at his Jayanti but it should be with every breath of our to follow good thoughts than only we can change our nation.
