Cutting cakes in birthday party means cutting our culture by imitating other countries culture. By doing annadaan instead of cake cutting make us more happy by serving poor people. We have to gain happy ness in others happy ness. It will make our heart completely happy.

Every one should do exercise and avoid eating more fat based items. Eating healthy food items and avoid drinking and smoking. Youngsters should eat avoid eating junk items and do more physical activities to maintain good health. Unnecessary stress and anxiety will spoil the health and will lead to heart related problems. MNCs should mandatorily arrange for a free medical camps with a Cardiologist and monitor the employees health. If anyone is diagnosed with stress and work pressure they should be allowed to have a relaxation and spend time with their family members. All offices should have a policy of not disturbing its staff after Office hours. Some people have the tendency to trouble the staff even after office hours and set deadline to complete the work and causing severe mental stress. Only during emergency situations companies can ask to work. A compensation has to be given for working after office hours. This policy has to be implemented in all companies.
