wake up early, do Surya namaskar daily, do prayers, eat healthy and required food in correct times, drink sufficient water, help others whenever get chance, avoid unwanted tensions and thoughts, do good things for nature and other creatures, avoid greedy, try to keep come hobbies, do travels and find new places when ever possible, sleep early. wish good for every one
