the parameters can be tested using a "whole grain analyser", developed in South Africa for the determination of protein; nitrogen; moisture; etc; during grading of grain. for details visit the website www.grainsa.co.za/grain-quality-and -grading-of-wheat
similar, we can develop our parameters and test the quality and grade of the grain and pay the designated MSP to the farmer.

Minimum support price (MSP) of the crops is a grave concern these days in the country, farmer's are protesting to guarantee MSP throughout the India. it is very difficult to guarantee MSP because there are various quality of grains produced in the country each having different moisture content; hectolitre mass; foreign matter, % of colored, broken and damaged grains; milling quality; protein and oil content, vigor; mycotoxins, presence of insects and fungi.

If India wants to conserve it's TRIBAL HERITAGES, We need to stop TRIBAL MIGRATION. And for that We need to provide LOCAL EARNING OPPORTUNITIES to this population.
For example : IN Dang district of Gujarat, AARANNYAKA SVA-ROJGAR YOJANA was launched by Shree Someshwar Education Trust ,SURAT. Where they design the earning opportunities as per the talent & potential of Local tribes . And made tribes earn upto Rs. 50000 per month under strict monitoring to stop their migration.

Tribal India needs to get LOCAL SELF EMPLOYMENT.
IF WE WANT CONSERVE our TRIBAL INDIA, WE NEED TO PROVIDE THEM EARNING OPPORTUNITIES in their region as the tribes always migrate for earning better opportunities.
For example :
Dang district of Gujarat was awarded ny AARANNYAKA SVA-ROJGAR YOJANA by Shree Someshwar Education Trust - Surat. Where the NGO focused on local capabilities & potential to design opportunities for Local tribes where an Individual can earn up to Rs. 50000 per month.

Respected sir, I am strictly opposing PFRDA ACT 2013, which introduced New Pension Scheme on our Government Employees who joined after 01.01.2004, because it is totally based on share market are not giving minimum financial security to Government Employees, also it creates negative impact on public service. It is unbiased, since MLA, MLC and MP's after serving 1 year are getting defined pension. It is the right of every Government Employee to get defined pension after serving for 30-40 years.
