With their help, develop National parks. One good example is development and maintenance of Pitchavaram mangrove forests. These people are very close to nature and have good idea about herbs too.
Meanwhile, also make their children study for free in the relevant fields of experience like fisheries, agriculture, herbal, etc.

Tribals may be the only society upon which the mother nature does it's 'sifting the genes' process by allowing the survival only for the fitest. Hence they must be the best potent people health-wise/intellectual wise

Why tribals be tribals? Let forests and it's resources be intact. Please refer to the history of Pazhassiraja in Kerala and check the social status of his tribal aids then. Why we want tribals to showcase?

Unfavorable British/Congress labour law or Social security law needs to amend / modify because most of Private sector Employee are getting exploited on ground.
# Law with Loopholes as follow:
1) Workmen' Compenstion Act of 1923.
# What about middle class professionals.
2) Payment of wages Act 1936
# Tax deducted without my concern.
3) Industrial employment Act 1946.
# Termination / separation financial settlement / leave issue is under cover always.
4) Minimum wages Act of 1948
# industrywide wages need to set up. Else lot of under paid working.
5) EPF act 1952
# 12 % both are deduct/ include in CTC these day.
6) Maternity Benefit Act 1956
# Daycare must fo all company. ELSE woman staff career getting effected.
7) Paymnet of Bonus Act 1965
# Why shown in CTC
8) Payment of Gratuity 1972.
# 5 year is too long in this tough dirty corporate world, so please release at the full & final.

If we support them and encourage to do there works , and give them necessary things, so that they can improve their working idea , and they can earn by own individual . Even they have to connect the world, wt's happening and what the stuff is going on , they have to updated by them self . They are not educated but they can see and learn many things , Have to encourage them to study ,so they can improve themselves and economy too.
