India is working on major initiatives, to boost its technical textile industry. Owing to the pandemic, the demand for technical textiles in the form of PPE suits and equipment is on rise. Government is supporting the sector through funding and machinery sponsoring.

SPECIAL INCENTIVES NEED TO BE GIVEN AT THE - 3 STAGES - OF TEXTILES MANUFACTURING -
1 FIBRE - COTTON / OTHER FIBRES

3 FABRIC
THE SPECIAL INCENTIVES CAN BE IN ANY FORM / INCOME TAX / GST / OTHER TAXES / PRODUCTION BASED INCENTIVES / APPROPRIATE PRICE FOR THE FIBRE PRODUCERS - COTTON / SYNTHETIC FIBRES LIKE THE VSF
1 COTTON AND OTHER FIBRE GROWERS SHOULD BE GIVEN SPECIAL INCENTIVES FOR ENCOURAGING THE PRODUCTION OF COTTON CROP AND OTHER SYNTHETIC FIBRES - LIKE THE VISCOSE STAPLE FIBRE / OTHER FIBRES AND ENCOURAGING THEIR USE IN FABRIC MANUFACTURE AND READY MADE GARMNENTS MANUFACTURING

1THE TEXTILES MANUFACTURING UNITS - YARN / OR FABRIC OR BOTH AND READY MADE GARMENTS MANUFACTURING UNITS SHOULD BE GIVEN CONCESSIONS / EXEMPTIONS / DEDUCTIONS IN PROFITS IN THE INCOME TAX ACT 1961 / THE GST LAW AND OTHER STATE AND CENTRAL TAXES
2 THE YARN AND FABRIC MANUFACTURING UNITS SHOULD BE PROVIDED WITH SPECIAL INCENTIVES TO USE MODERN MACHINES AND WEAVING TECHNOLGYFOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE EDGE
3 INCENTI VES TOCOTTON / SYNTHETIC YARN CROP AND YARN GROWERS
TEXTILES SECTOR DEVELOPMENT -
1 ENCOURAGE COTTON CROP CULTIVATION N THE COTTON GROWING AREAS - STATES
2 ENSURING AN APPROPRIATE PRICE FOR COTTON CROP PROCUREMENT BY THE TEXTILES MANUFACTURERS
3 ENCOURAGE THE USE OF A MIX OF COTTON AND SYNTHETIC - POLYESTER - TEXTILES IN THE WEAVING AND READY MADE GARMENTS MANUFACTURING UNITS
5 COTTON AND SYNTHETIC - POLYESTER BLEND USING TEXTILES UNITS - YARN / AND / FABRIC UNITS TO BE GIVEN INCENTIVES IN INCOME TAX / GST / OTHER STATE AND CENTRAL TAXES
It is not possible to develop indian textiles without much industrialisation .Actually khadi board is not enough for this and development is not possible without change style with time
Provide more international level promotion to our traditional famous textile items like Thanjavur and banaras silk , bagh - ajrak-dhabu-sanganeri- bandhani printings,jalamkari and ikat......
Conduct and some international traditional cloth fest and display and detaild about our textiles

1. PROVIDE A SEWING MACHINE IN EVERY HOUSE.
2. MAKE ONLINE FREE CLASSES FROM WHICH WOMEN CAN LEARN SEWING SKILLS.
3. MAKE TEXTILE THAT CAN GIVE WORK TO LADIES. THEY CAN SEW CLOTH IN HOUSE WHEN PREPARED SALE THEM IN TEXTILE
In North Maharashtra cotton is a major crop cultivated by most farmers but due to lack of proper Textile infrastructure they got less income from the market if In Dhule, Jalgaon District becomes Hub and union Government setups Textile parks in these districts of Maharashtra then It will help to Double Farmers Income and also create opportunities of employment but our Impotent and illiterate political leaders will not understand this thing because they are not elected on merit also not eligible
