Recognizing the universal appeal of Yoga, owing to its demonstrated benefits towards immunity building and stress relief, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) proclaimed 21st June as the International Day of Yoga (IDY) on 11th December 2014. Since 2015, this day has been observed worldwide in ever-growing numbers, to remind people across the globe about the benefits of Yoga, and to build enduring public interest in Yoga by highlighting its importance and contributions to public health.

The preparations for the 8th International Day of Yoga (IDY 2022) have already begun and the Ministry of Ayush (MoA) is looking forward to active participation from the people. As the world faced a tough time due to the pandemic of Covid-19, wherein, Yoga has emerged as the saviour for many.

Yoga is healing our minds, bodies and spirits while giving back to society. It's a way of life by following the approach to wellness, social, and environmental well-being for global development. Yoga unfolds the infinite potentials of the human mind and body and set the guidelines for how to lead a sustainable lifestyle in the modern age by creating a positive impact on the planet inevitably leading humans to make more mindful choices.

With this backdrop, the Ministry of Ayush invites all citizens to share their ideas on how “Yoga for Humanity” may be persuaded further.

Karo Yog Raho Nirog. Indian origin Yoga has already got international popularity and it will be even for popular in coming times. I hereby also say that many countries will open yoga schools and colleges making it essential in schools as well.

योग को मानवता के लिए ओर उपयोगी बनाने के लिए, यह उचित होगा कि योग को स्कूली पाठ्यक्रम का हिस्सा बनाया जाए.

अगर वास्तव में ऐसा चाहते हैं तो मुझे लगता है कि आप को इस कार्यक्रम को सभी स्कूलों में अनिवार्य रूप से लागू किया जाए!

By starting dedicated yoga school in india, which will be benchmark in the world. Start education based on yoga. Let's see people the benefits come out of it and then no need to endorse/popularised it.

Yoga for humanity can be popularized by connecting various organizations through out the world working wholeheartedly for the cause of Yogic asanas and Yogic therapy. Yoga day can also be popularized through out the world by conglomerating yoga day with International peace day, generations of peacemakers for betterment of the society and the humans.

we should start a session of Yoga in school from standard 8 all school should be compulsory follow the guide line. and implement force fully. the view is when the youngster get lesson from basic school it will be great for nation. bcz after 23 or 24 or after graduation they Are not much interested in the session until yet it medical case or health case. . and when In a family smallest member do yoga the whole family will definitely start doing in couple of month . so forcing for an education we should also make the health education mandatory from 8 class . and I am saying 8 class bcz almost the health and mental growth is more important for life saving measure in this competition world.

योग करने से शरीर स्वस्थ होता है पेट की कई बीमारियां नहीं होती है गैस गले में सांस की बीमारियां नहीं होती है शरीर सुडौल रहते हैं और योगा से विभिन्न प्रकार की बीमारियों से भी छुटकारा मिल जाता है। जो अनुवांशिक बीमारियां होती है। उन से भी छुटकारा मिल जाता है मधुमेह जैसी बीमारियां भी ठीक हो जाती है ।करने से मानसिक रोगी भी ठीक हो जाता है, और मानसिक बीमारी है।
