School going children are future of India. Today's child is future of our country. When u want build a strong nation u need to implement from beginning. So I would suggest a yoga sessions along with Desh bhakti theme presentatiom in form of a 1-2 hr period once in a week from standard 5 th onwards in each n every school of the country.this will help to build a strong nation n love for country n also we can present yoga as our soft power to rest of the word.
Jay hind Vande mataram
In schools Yoga sessions can be included in Physical Training classes. Just like games tournaments Yoga tournaments can be conducted and best performing person or teams can be rewarded.
To further popularised yoga for humanity more and more study and research should be done and release the benefits of each and every types of yoga, asana and dhyanmudra because modern generations needs evidence and by that way we may popularise yoga not only in India but all over the world besides caste and religion.
Yoga is our pride which we have got from our ancestors and modern studies have also proved the benefits of yoga. So we need to spread the yoga all over the world.
