डाक टिकट स्टाम्प किसी भी देश का गौरव होता है। डाक टिकट हमें अन्य पुरातात्विक संसाधनों की तरह हमें अपने प्राचीन व वर्तमान इतिहास की झलक प्रस्तुत करते हैं। इसलिए हमें अन्य पुरातात्विक संसाधनों की तरह डाक टिकटों का भी संग्रह करना चाहिए, जोकि एक अत्यंत सरल संसाधन है। । मैं अपना कुछ कलेक्शन इस अवसर पर आपसे सांझा कर रहा हूं। मैं भारत सरकार को इस प्रकार के आयोजन करने के लिए धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं और उम्मीद करता हूं कि आगे भी ऐसे आयोजन होते रहेंगे।

डाक टिकट संग्रह से हम अपने सामान्य ज्ञान का वर्धन करते हैं। सामान्य या स्मारक डाक टिकट किसी विशेष थीम पर विमोचित होता है।इसका विषय स्मारक, महापुरुष, लोक कला संस्कृति, सम सामयिक कार्य क्रम , सरकारी योजनाएं इत्यादि। इसके द्वारा बच्चों में क्रियेटिविटी तथा जागरूकता का विकास होता है। बच्चे उस थीम को आत्मसात कर लेते हैं। उनमें एक जिज्ञासा उत्पन्न होती है। साथ ही साथ उनमें सामान्य ज्ञान पढने की अभिरुचि उत्पन्न होती है। कला विषयों के अध्ययन में डाक टिकट संग्रह को प्रोजेक्ट के रूप में लेना विद्यार्थीयों के लिए बहुत ही लाभदायक होता है।

We are celebrating AMRITPEX on the occasion of 75th year of Independence.
I wish to share 1st Day Cover with Stamp released on the occasion of 25th year of Independence on 15th August, 1972 and First Day Cover with Stamps released on the occasion of Indipex 1973 held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Nowadays all are spending time on screen activities...
