For the benefit of the youth who have chosen trades where employment is decreasing, strategic trades should be added.For example, the mechanic diesel trade has decreased in importance after the arrival of the mechanical motor vehicle trade and the jobs have decreased, so there is less opportunity for the students of this trade, so the students of that trade should be given technical training in electric vehicle maintenance.
Technical trades such as operation and maintenance of electric vehicles, drone operation and maintenance training should be provided during the trade-related apprenticeship period where employment is decreasing. Mechanic diesel trade apprentices are required to provide electric vehicle maintenance, hybrid engine maintenance, hydrogen engine operation and maintenance.Government should examine all types of trades where employment is decreasing due to technological changes. Training should be imparted in the field concerned with strategic technologies and innovations

All professional colleges, it’s students , it’s faculty, it’s campus should be rated for its innovations . With out innovative steps , augmented theories of new ideas these professionals will add chunk for system . There may be a requirement of expertise for keeping the system running but the most important is how we will be tomorrow. Tomorrow should be the improved version of today and yesterday. All state of art centre should be rated for new things . All professional colleges to be linked to industry and also the 40% of instructors should be from the industry part. Indian institutions need more linkage to its applications with industry. All syllabus should be for the industrial orientation and 20 % people should be engaged for research and development projects. Balanced approach and applied and automated system should be in place . The requirements analysis of each industry should be published, anticipated for preparation of this academic planning. My submission is related to Education and Skill Development.

We all know how hefty the private school fee is. The idea is to open small skill development institutes like we have/had diploma etc and to include students of a certain age free of cost. We, the employees of pvt. companies can get our companies included to train these underprivileged students so that we can speed up the nation building process.

We can train them with basic English, Computers, Mobile usage, googling, Youtube etc. but we need to get it done thru govt bodies and not thru NGOs.

As the pvt. IT industry would be involved and these students can be benefited in getting jobs as well.

Looking forward to being involved in this effort.

Tourism -Y Dubai Thailand , malaysia etc packages for 6 nights/7days all inclusive is in 50-75 K /person & In india recently launched dekho north east is 150K++ by rail. Y would Indians prefer it . what makes these countries affordable when India is highly poor in comparison. It is reported Indians spent $9 billions. Imagine if same $spent on domestic tourism
Garment, fashion , electronics WPI ( watches & personal items ) : same countries european brands are cheaper than Indian unknown brands. Long warranties, all enforceable no Qs asked. In India fitness for use is completely missing . Irony most are made in India. Y indian consumers being taken for a ride.
Ease of Living: Y we are only talking, Not 1 comparison with budget destination countries many more than mentioned above. Their crime rate, safety, judiciary , police. affordability , transparency , contract enforcement.

I WAS A FOOL TO VOTE FOR BJP .BJP is eating away secured jobs of the extant employees , increasing the price of necessary commodities ,not paying heed to mass ( being very tough and adamant in its decision) .Let's vote for Congress .
