Dear Sir, Nations youth is the most valuable resource of a country. In order to channelize their energy towards the prosperity of the nation, we all have to focus on their education and development. Youth is the future of any nation and we all have to work for their tomorrow. Their engagement in different fields of life will sharpen their talent and they will prove themselves as a good human resource. All this will be beneficial for whole nation.

Dear sir, I want to suggest that every student during their graduation should get opportunity to work in different fields like railway, aviation, food processing, etc. according to their graduation course once during their study so it may help them to understand different sectors and may choose their job opportunities in them. Because I see many student after graduation or post graduation, they are confused about their next step to do job and serve for the country and I believe a directionless youth can got contribute in progress of the country.

Namashkar,As per my knowledge despite of being the second most populated country in the world,India has more %of youth than any other age group.This makes india so special. The first thing we get in our mind when we talk about youth is SWAMI VIVEKANANDA who infact tried to motivate, inspire youth in particular through his actions,speeches etc.,But now a days most of the younger generation is UNEMPLOYED. Whatever the reason may be,but they should be employed to get ourselves(country)better.For this reason infrastructure need to be built.So that it can create employment.Creating employment itself doesn't generate growth,it has to be accompanied with SKILL Efficiency.
The present young generation need to get awareness on the importance of job for their livelihood.There are somany ways for getting employment either by online or by offline.The most important AWFUL thing is that the present young generation doesn't have any awareness on these aspects,Anyways let's hope for the best JAI HINDH

Variety of brain drain
1. A family member serving others family
2. A colony member serving others colony
3. A villager serving others village
4. A city member serving others city
5. A district member serving other district
6. A state person serving other state
7. A national person serving others nation etc
8. Same applies to the labor drain
Some people like some type not other
But as a human right you can’t force one to confine in one place
Hence problem is the community suffers when a person serves other community and community suffers the expenditure it makes on the person education
Hence solution to brain drain problem is to declare education and\ industry and no subsidy given to any person for the education taken
Only education from 1st to 10th be given if to given free of coast by the government

One plus point of brain drain is that the parent nation wins the serving nation with no physical fights

Universities, Schools, Residential Schools can be encouraged to setup Active Youth Associations with 500-1000 members each in every district or state To do swatch Baharat, NSS, plantation drives etc.;

Also , can setup Cycling Rental Systems in and around their Educational Institutes to encourage Cycling for health.

On the occasion of Youth Day, let us come together to contribute towards wellness and happiness of youth for making our country a better one. Happy Youth Day.

In addition, within such programs, youth should be indulged and they should get T-shirts and Trousers embedded with logo or picture of freedom strugglers or Real Life Strugglers and heroes who are not recognized Yet .

Today Youth is not indulged in Spirituality, which should be changed by making youth aware about spiritual stories, this only can be done when we all will start reading great books and spiritual books, no matter which religion or cast we belong to . So for this , Major Temples can be encouraged to train primary school students in devotional Music Traditional Ancient Bhajans by establish Morning Devotional Service Youth Teams.

To encourage Spirituality being the identity of the nation , A National Guideline to swichh off wifi, public wifi , Mobile data in Hostels, Residential Colleges, University campuses by 8.30 pm night to reduce Addiction to Mobile games etc and to enable Students to go to sleep by 9.00 pm which helps to get up by 4.30 am Across Country. also , Gov. can release guidelines to parents to make this as habit since more addiction to Digital games
