मैंने कई जतन किये अपनी तरफ से भारत सरकार को बताने के की सड़क हादसों में दो पहिया वाहन चलाने वाले बहुत से लोग हेलमेट नहीं पहनते, अगर पहनते भी हैं तो बहुत से घटिया क्वालिटी के हेलमेट पहनते हैं।

मैं आपसे गुज़ारिश करता हूँ की भारतीय जनता को जो दो पहिया की सवारी करते हैं उन्हें आई एस आई का हेलमेट पहनने को कहें ताकि उनकी जान सुरक्षित रहे।

1.Introduce simple Income Tax on Agricultural Income on large landlords ( Say 10 Acres plus ) - you can add 26% of Agriculturists as tax payers.
2. Introduce Privilege card to those paying taxes above certain limit.. privilege card to entitle assessee with benefits like Priority quota in railway tickets , Use of airport lounges, subsidised medical facilities, etc.. let Tax payers feel proud

3. Introduce medical insurance / life insurance on basis of average ITR filled... like coverage

Please close ESIC scheme with immediate effect as the whole system has fail to provide medical facility to esic person.
Divert to all monthly contribution of esic towards health insurance scheme which not only serve medical facility to public even also save public valuable money.
Now these days ESIC dispensary and hospitals are just gone worthless and known for long long Que, people are dying in these Que. Government doctors and staff do bother even after paying good salary and residents.
