principle-zero tolerance for corruption. so automatic computerized termination when a citizen complains of corruption and a randomly assigned citizen or employee can not vouch for zero corruption in the case .Then reward the complainant and the investigator each with half the one year salary of the dismissed or else automatically send all the three names for IT

By doing this (my privious comment) work of RTO office will reduce, Students will have inspriation to pass 12th exams, courruption will decerese, RTO officers can concentrate on other important work, nation wide youth will be very happy to support u in 2019

I am a student.I am not supporting any party. But I wanna tell you that before you all of we are getting our scholarship money time to time and we study happily . But its our unfortunate that after you came to the ruling party all scholarship amount delayed . why so?? You add the aadhar card and its maximum harass the student. And you never know about that.All time just want vote vote vote.

At present most of the railway bogies apart from Rajadhani , that is plying here at kerala are very poor. I point out that , even in 2nd a/c compartments, the toilet & basins are dirty. As to the curtains which are draped in the compartments, they are dirty, dust encrusted. For people having asthma complaint ( like me ) a night in these compartments are a sure promotion to the next drawn is more frightening.as to the bed sheet & blankets, towels etc mostly they are soiled.

Sir, this is regarding removing atleast 50 percent of courruption from RTO offices, Please remove the need for youth above 18 years with 12 pass marks card need to take a driving license to drive a small two wheeler or bike say maximum 125-150cc., to compansate the RTO test and all you can introduce compulsory subject of ROAD SIGNALS AND ALL as a part of some subject and once student passes 12th his marks card should be his driving license As u know driving a two wheeler is not a rocket science

Vegetable Cluster - Govt should launch scheme to promote vegetable growing in cluster. The cluster can be defined area surrounded by major districts with defined circumference and population which need which will require quantum of vegetables > as vegetable is integral part of food platter . Emphasizing on vegetable growing cluster will help to push growing of desired vegetable along with increasing the financial health of farmer.This will also address the concern of rising food inflation.

This #MannkiBaat I suggest "Public Transparency" theme. Why not every action of govt (except defence/public safety/sovereignty related), made available on unified public portal chronologically. improves transparency and faith in govt.

On RTI transparency, I propose unified RTI portal where all RTI response is posted by govt dept. This eliminates role of RTI activist and threat to anyone seeking information. reduces duplicate work by govt employee.
