this is an idea related to make in India project..I think make in India project is an great initiative from narendra Modi government. I think we should really start focusing on the development of technology. i am pleading to goverment that they should force IIT and IISC Btech , Mtech and Phd students to take projects related to products which can be developed with significant degree of quality and off course in low optimized cost. please consider this idea to implementin ground level.

Respected Sir,Every degree in distance mode through universities recognised by UGC is recognised to compete in all exams and eligible for many reputed jobs, but in case of a degree in law acquired through distance education or through an evening college from a recognised universities by UGC is not eligible to register in Bar Association and is not eligible to do the Practice as an Advocate. Why these rules were not amended till now? Kindly justify the aspirants who wants to do BL/LLB by DE mode.
