Modi ji, Namaste. Please motivate Indian IT companies to compete amongst themselves and offer IT solutions to India rather than be dependent on foreign market and layoff people in large numbers. Also I would like listen to your thoughts on how every business company in India can spend some time every month for a community welfare activity and see if Govt can offer some incentives based on successful projects. Jai Hind!

Sir, Increasing output of doctors is essential for the country and the world. 1. Sort term. Attach medical colleges to hospitals of Corporates such as SAIL, BHEL, ONGC, CIL, ESI etc to be run by professional bodies like Manipal. This will reduce cost, help Corporates to get qualified doctors to run their hospitals. 2. Long term. No Corporate health organisation to be permitted to put up hospital only. They have to have college attached. All State and Central Govt to put up atleast 10 colleges

Mister Prime minister , first you have to live with poor people , and you have to make travel to across the India and go to small village , live with that poor people . And find what they want really to improve their wealth . With out food in this world who can live here ?. So first you concentrate only in agriculture for 10 years. After that let you concentrate on others. And one thing we have to grow more than 1000 crore Neem Tree in across the country , because of global warming. Neem is GOD

In urban area people should adopt rain water harvesting with their self-interest by making underground tanks this may solve water scarcity problem in some amount. As academic year is starting appeal parents to allow their children to choose the subjects(Science, Commerce, Arts etc) based on their interest.

Modi ji, Please introduce performance based compensation, similar to private sector, for govt. employees in civil services as part of 7th or 8th pay commission. Remove the various fixed allowances/entitlements and introduce a variable component of monetary compensation, linked to performance on some established key measures such as security & crime control, health & education provision, cleanliness & environment preservation, quality of infrastructure & civic amenities, and judicial fairness.

Sir, All efforts towards bright India are failing just because of our upcoming future Students are being taught by unfit non deserving teachers who themselves don't know how to teach. Our system of tracking the students ability by board examinations ( 10th class and above) is like wasting full learning life cycle of student and checking at the end. Make an automation system to check this regularly. Teachers recruitment/retaining and promotions must be system monitored performance based.
