2. Private Universities violate so many rules. Therefore, I would request to exempt the clause 'Apply through proper channel/Provide NOC from the employer while applying for job in these institutes

Please take strict actions against Usurious money-lenders. Harassed over debt, man sets self, family ablaze in Tirunelveli in Tamilnadu. Though he had reportedly repaid loan with interest, the merciless moneylender was allegedly harassing him for more money. The victim had submitted petitions to the Collector multiple times to end the harassment, but he didn't get any justice. I request you to personally intervene into this incident, and ban Usury once and for all.
