For all infrastructure related projects should be linked with associated area pincode and public of that area who actually stay there can provide feedback in that workflow model which i have mentioned in my previous comment. This will help all of us to grow as country. This model should allow us to provide our requiremnt pincode wise which will directly go to sate level and state will take the charges accordingly.
