My Suggestions are:
1.Documentation of folk songs, folk stories, folk dresses, folk dances, local vegetation, food recipes and other culture and traditions belonging to different caste,creeds and tribes of India.
2.Documents should be stored in Art and Culture Museum in Delhi and other State capitals.
3.Government should organize Art and Culture festivals from October to February every year in Delhi and in State capitals too.

Could you plz speak on the topic of making NCC/Scouts and one sport cumpulsary in school and treat sports equivalent to studies.
NCC/Scout-It make a student a good citizen & a organized man/women.Also helps in joining prestigious Armed forces.

Sports-Make good facilities in schools for sports activities.So tht one can also earn from it in future.We shd make a course havig mandatory sport of each students wills.Treat sports equivalent to studies.So tht one can mk it as profession
