Positive thinking and preparation is the solution for stress in the examination.
Every times thinking positive because results are dependent on thought.
Life only has one rule.never quit. In the middle of ever difficulty lies opportunity do something that your future self will thank you for .the best way to predict the future is to create it . dreams don't work unless you do . don't stress.do your best forget the rest nothing happens untill something moves .the best view comes after the toughest climb the greatest test of courage on earth is to bear defeat without losing heart dream big and dare to fail . work until your idots become your rivals
The exams lays stress on memory less on the analytical abilities. And that is the main reason of stress. Because a child's fails to cope up wit her the tremendous amount of data to be engrossed in at the nick of time unless and until he/she had been through on the daily routine learning of the course materials
It is like picking up logical bytes of information daily. So that at the exam hours approaching one only has to preempt the relevant material by taking a mock test and be free.
I am a student .so according to me there is no need to take stress in exams . We have to know that by taking stress we never perform better and dont care about anyone we have to set our own desires and just work on it . If sometime we got less score then some students got deprresed but there are so many examples we have of the persons who are average student in their life but a day they do that thing which no one can think their whole life.so we do not have to take stress and work accordingly.
I am sharing my practical experience with my kids which give me wonderful results my daughter studying in aiims by securing 3rd rank in aiims 1 watch the kids ability 2 Then motivate energy towards his/her goal
3 keep your kids by creating a good environment no negative people around kids 4 Do path and meditation with kids regularly not in exam but everyday 5 watch paper preparation strategy if any fault try to prepare notes for kids 6 be in touch with kids teachers 7 provide only veg food
India educational system is world one of best .
But now a days ,In private institutions is only using real in experiments .
But no government sector is using real in experiments .
Government of india is ready to bear the funds.
Teachers will not showing affordable on merit students on government sector.
बच्चो को तनावमुक्त परिझा के लिये स्कूल। मे फाईनल एग्जाम के पहले परिझा लेना चाहिये जो बच्चे कमजोर हो उन को अलग से तैयारी करवाये व उन को बार बार यह ना कहे शिकछक की आप तो पडते नही फैल हो जायेगे ईस तरह वो तनाव मे आ जाते है तो उन को प्यार से पडावे व जो विषय अच्छे हो उस बच्चे के तो उन का मनोवल बडाये अभिवावहक की भी जिमेदारी है तो बच्चो को
बोर्ड की परीक्षा को तीन भागो में बांटा जाए, शेसनल वर्क २० अंक
और वर्ष में दो परीक्षा दोनों बोर्ड द्वारा ला जाए दोनो ४० - ४० अंक की पहली परीक्षा में ६०% सिलेबस तथा लास्ट में पुरा सिलेबस
तीन भागों में लिखा है फिर भी पूर्ण नही बता पाया

३. कक्षा 6-8 तक व्याकरण भी शामिल किया जाए ५ सेमेस्टर के रूप में परीक्षा ली जाए जो कि बराबर अंकों की हो और परिणाम हर सेमेस्टर के बाद अंकों में दिया जाए ग्रेड देने से बच्चे अभिवावक उसका स्तर भी नही जान पा रहे, फैल भी किया जाना चाहिए नही बच्चा ठीक से नही ध्यान देता है
हर विषय में किसी के साथ शारीरिक शिक्षा किसी के कला किसी के नैतिक व मोटिवेशन अवश्य जोडा़ जाए
लाभः ५ सेमेस्टर में बच्चे अपनी स्थिति से अवगत होकर सुधार कर सकेंगे और वे पास मार्क के करीब होंगे तो भय नही होगा, सर्वांगीण विकास प्राप्त
