PFA NASSCOM's submission on the revised Report on Non-Personal Data Governance. We would like to congratulate the CoE for the pioneering work on conceptualising and developing the non-personal data sharing and governance framework, over the two iterations of its draft Report. The response is based on industry input, and focuses on exploring pathways to implementation, identifying potential gaps that remain and suggesting measures to address them.
