Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram is an initiative to improve child survival and quality of life Health screening mainly involves 4 D’s: Defects at birth, Deficiencies, Diseases, Developmental delays & disabilities. RBSK has 3 components:

1. Health screening at birth
2. 6 weeks to 6 years through Anganwadi platform
3. 6 years to 18 years in schools

Through active and dedicated screening of children in an early stage will definitely help improve the quality of child’s life and correction for any deviation from normal life cycle will be possible.

Activities involved:

1. Complete health check up
2. Health education on various issues
3. Imparting education on National Programmes like NLEP, NVBDCP,RNTCP

Do you believe that screening a child in an early stage will improve life in the long run?

Many parents don’t have time & neglect their own children and their health not realizing that this could lead to a disaster at the later stage of life. Have you ever thought of the pain they would go through when their own children undergoing isolation, depression due to deformities, defects from their friends?

For example: Cleft lip... which is the most common birth defects in a child. This correction is best when the child attain 10-12 weeks

Do you think giving health education in schools & in anganwadis is a tool in imparting many good practices?

We all are aware about the slogan “Practice makes a man perfect” yet we feel that we are wasting time in practicing, listening and participating, practicing in any health education programme. Have you ever analyze simple health teachings /education can earn lot of money which otherwise would go for only treating your pain?
For example: causes of diarrhea by not practicing proper hand washing technique

SUGGESTION for Women Empowerment: To help Women tackle Rape/Molestation, Central Government has to make compulsory Karate/Kick Boxing classes for all women attending school/college from Secondary to Higher Secondary 12th Board Exam. There should also be University/Board exam to check the quality of their training. This subject/class can be called "Self Protection"/Aatm Suraksha.

jo bhi hospitals ya doosari swaasthya samabandhi sansthaaye hai. unhe thik karne ki jaroorat hai log chhoti chhoti bimaariyo ke liye bare hospitals me jaate hai jabki bahut si dispensari sooni pari hai. hospitals me bhrashtachaar hone ke kaaran marij thora aaram milane par ilaaz ko beech me hi chhor deta hai. hospitals ka jo private labs ya hospitals ke saath contract waha bahut bare star par bhrashtaachaar hota hai jisase sarkaar ko nuksaan hota hai aur janta ka shoshan hota hai.vandemaatram.

I have seen in countries like UK and US where Doctors have to undergo a constant evaluation every alternative year which will cover latest in their field. This will make doctors to know what is new in the field. This system need to be implemented in our country also .This will improve the quality of the doctor and avoid fake doctors. If some doctor doesn’t get through the evaluation they need to go through training and reappear .

When a baby is born, an Aadhar card should be issued in his/ her name along with the birth certificate. The Aadhar number will help the Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram, keep a track of the child's vaccination schedule and doctor visits. At periodic intervals, the parents will be contacted to intimate them about pending Angadwadi appointments or delay in vaccination.

Respected modiji..     We all know that our medical expenditure can be cut short by 50%....by 1. Putting an end of 50% commission on tests which goes to doctors....this can be done by uniform mrp on each and every test ,keeping maximum profit of 40% for labs. 2. Retailers have 20% margin in ethical medicines and 80% margin on generic medicines. If generic medicines mrp can be cut by 50% then also retailer will have a margin of 30%.If this two steps are taken there will be no loss in tax reven
