after ill treatment बजाय taking precaution measure or prevention is better than cure

Today GST is applicable on number of items this number needs to be reduced and only few items of mass consumption should be covered under GST for example all metals cement petroleum products petrochemicals fabrics of all types liquor power drugs four wheelers and two wheelers travel tickets restaurant food items property sale special cess should be imposed on petrol and liquor for providing cheap public transport in all cities for common man public transport is used by lower income group without cheap public transport people find it very difficult to commute in big cities and number of cars and two wheelers on roads will reduce road congestion and pollution in cities will reduce rates should be fixed in such a way that current revenue collection remains intact
