Implementing accessible charging infrastructure in rural areas can accelerate EV adoption. Additionally, offering financial incentives and collaboration with local businesses for charging station deployment would address challenges and make electric vehicles more viable in diverse regions of India.

Three thoughts on incentivsing people to opt for EVs. (1). EVs today are pricier than other cars. Incentivise the buyer with a small rebate on their electricity bills. (2) provide rebate on tolls, parking fees, ‘preferred’ access to certain public facilities like parkings, toll lanes, etc. (3) convert all taxis to EVs thru subsidised loans, dedicated charging spots.

We can give them exchange offer. Get rebate on purchase of E-vehicles in exchange of their old cng or petrol vehicles.

Many citizen want to buy e vehicles but due to their high cost, they can't afford it & buy petrol or cng vehicles. We can provide them subsidy especially those who have income certificate proving that they belong to low income group.

6. We have to implement the EV with quality vehicles. So that it can give maximum result. Production , implementation are to be tested properly. This may create new jobs to people in EV side implementation. Need to validate and take it.

Dedicated EV lane in major cities for ensuring less speed fluctuation and better range output could be drawn.

If not free, reduced EV parking fee across parking spots will encourage people.

Major european player are missing in EV segment, many people are waiting for them to enter, due to trust factor. Govt. should expedite there entry by enabling or encouraging them to partner with leading local manufacturer to match rising demand.
