The rest of the cost should also be a very attractive loan installment. until and unless purchasing an electric vehicle looks cheap, it won't interest the majority. let the price be as it is, but the deal should attract middle & lower class. because they only have power to generalise things

I have my own Electric Vehicle. I completely support and understand the need for rapid shift to electric vehicles, considering today's situation. I have many friends who have electric vehicles too. The boost to promote these vehicles especially around me is because students need them and they come in handy. I have seen many different producers of Electric Vehicles. But one problem that's common to all of us is the lack of charging points. Bigger and more popular EV brands have their charging points here and there, but the problem with smaller start ups is that they have not established a single charging point. Usually students in smaller cities and towns do not travel long distances, hence it is not a problem. However in case they do, it is very troublesome. I personally think this is exactly why the working population does not prefer it. I think the need to clarify all such doubts is to be emphasized for EVs to replace petroleum-run vehicles. Thus, consumer's trust can be earned.
