Make it cost effective by providing subsidies or reducing manufacturing cost. Second, provide facilities related to EVs like charging station and easy access to repair shops. Third and formost make them better both in quality and average so that people choose EVs over normal vehicles.

Local communities in India can power the electric mobility shift by setting up charging stations in residential areas and public spaces, promoting EV adoption through awareness campaigns, organizing community bulk purchases to drive down costs, and incentivizing EV ownership through subsidies or tax breaks. Collaboration with local authorities and businesses can also facilitate infrastructure development and support for EV users.

The Indian government's National Electric Mobility Mission Plan (NEMMP) aims to maximize its EV fleet by 2030. To achieve this goal, the government has provided incentives for manufacturers and buyers of EVs, including tax exemptions and subsidies. The significance of E-mobility in India cannot be overstated.
