I just convey my suggestion, we are paying tax to gov as per decided by our gov. My question is, if we are paying gst in restaurant then we have to get benefit for that also in tax. Example- if we paid 105 (100bill + 5gst) in restaurant then we are eligible to get benefit from tax.

Respected Sir, GST is one of scheme affecting the middle class family. It's being a burden to poor and middle class people. It's fine for an rich and business man's but to pay an extra amount for medicine, food and in daily necessary requirements is being a trouble to the middle class people.#MyGov, #GST,#Page 26

health insurance is basic need and necessary for a human being. it has been even stressed by government also. is gst required to be 18% slab for health insurance. for a tax payer, paying tax monthly and tax on health insurance also then how is government supporting tax payers. please rethink on gst slab for health insurance premiums. I understand gst slabs are still evaluated and it's continuous process.
