In respect to GST return, I want to suggest that, Reverse charge mechanism extended for 1 year is welcome, it should be totally deleted, specially in respect to purchases from unregistered dealer, further, form 3B have no need when simple form saral / sugam will introduced, hence, form 3B should be deleted, further, there are so many mistake done by assessee, it should be able to rectify with friendly user mechanism, people are gradually comfort with e.way bill, thanks, Best wishes

Nothing is in-fact simplified as the proposed new form is also seeking for the acceptance/rejection of the ITC which to my mind will be a big challenge in implementing particularly for the persons having huge numbers to be reported.

Suggesting a small change by which the return filing can be simplified and the volume of the data that are suggested to be furnished can be reduced substantially with only one return a month. Please refer the attached PDF file

Customers cannot upload this in missing invoices as there is no Invoice.
Please correct and provide way for customers to take ITC f
