Modiji,, All the minor girls including those who were sold in foreign countries , must be recovered. Kids needs a law , which will help then to go to court themselves and help them to tell their pain in front of court. By this law kids will get a government lawyer in free of cost. from ancient time India was very much cruel in behaviour with women. for this reason Monks started worshiping goddess in India, so that men show some respect and kindness to women.

Modiji, Death of kids in hunger in delhi, Sex torture of minor girls in Mujaffar nagar and in debria are the events of inhumanity in India. We are becoming so proud about ourselvels, that weaker section like kids can't tell us about their pain.Local political leaders like brojesh Thakur are doing this type of torture. Is local political leaders, contractors are really powerful, that they can do anything? Then what is the value of me?

Please exempt medicines and related accessories from GST as these are essential goods. Also exempt all type of education/ training/e-books from GST as these services are essential for knowledge updating, skill development and to provide equal opportunity in education for people from lower income group, rural areas to get coaching and succeed in competitive exams, the high coaching costs is giving advantage for the high income class living in cities and depriving equal opportunities for rural poor

A. Inorder to eliminate the risk of GST collection to the govt, and to make process easier, instead of Paying the GST to SUpplier and thento the Govt. the GST portion may be paid directly into the GSTIN A/c of the supplier by the receiver by entering the GSTIN[SUpplier]-GSTIN[Receiver]-Inv Key-GSTAmount while making the payment to the supplier. It is so simple still, it may be offered as optional for a catagory or who opt or not sure about the supplier Compliance status. Please see the PDF.

For Simplify of GST Return I suggest following in interest of small taxpayer:-
1. For Small taxpayer (or for all) GST Input credit should be matched on quarterly and GSTN wise not invoice wise.
2 HSN summary should be removed for small taxpayer GSTR-1 (due to this they have lot of extra monthly exps. for maintainance of accounts).
3.Penalty for Non Submission of return should be brought down to Rs. 10 per day for each CG and SG.

In regarding GST Sugam returns which are intended for B2C & B2B suppliers only, why the annexure of both sale to be reported.
Instead merge Sugam and sahaj and allow to file annexure only if there is B2B sale.

If a dealer have only couple of B2B bills (in year) why should he have to file annexure for full invoices each month even in most of cases there is no B2B sale?

Auto Generate of Gstr3b will be good. As we fill or file gstr1 data can be retrieved gstr1 to gstr3b. Combination of Quarterly filing on gstr1 is not good as gstr3b is monthly basis both should be same in monthly basis
